Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Effective: 21 October 2026. This policy describes the information used by the TreatmentsWise website and the choices available to visitors.

Who operates TreatmentsWise

TreatmentsWise is operated by Madrank Digital, led by Nir Levi, CEO. Our business mailing address is Arlozorov 27, Kiryat Shmona, Israel. Our comparisons and educational articles are intended primarily for adults aged 35 and over in the United States.

We publish information about third-party treatment services. We do not provide medical care, take treatment applications, collect treatment leads, book appointments or take payments for providers.

Information used to run this website

You do not need to open an account or provide a medical history to read our content or use our comparison tools. This does not mean that no information is processed when you visit the website.

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any information you choose to include. We use that information to reply, handle corrections or privacy requests, and maintain relevant correspondence. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive health details.

Hosting and security services process technical request information, which can include an IP address, browser information, requested URLs, timestamps and error information, to deliver pages, diagnose faults and protect the website. Vercel serves the site and Cloudways hosts the protected WordPress content source.

Comparison tools and browser storage

The active comparison stores selected category and program identifiers in this tab’s session storage with an eight-hour validity limit. If you choose “Save shortlist,” these identifiers are stored in this browser with a 30-day validity limit. The tool removes an expired saved record when it next reads it. “Clear saved” deletes that saved shortlist immediately.

The saved shortlist does not include your search text, state selection or cost inputs. Comparison links may include selected category or program identifiers in their URLs; those URLs can appear in browser history and normal server logs. Browser settings can also clear stored data.

Analytics and search reporting

Optional Google Analytics stays off until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can decline or withdraw later using “Privacy choices.” We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping Analytics off. Your comparison tools work either way. We send broad page types rather than treatment/provider names, selected programs, search text, cost inputs, referring pages or marketing campaign values. Google still processes technical connection information and Analytics identifiers when you opt in. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools provide search visibility and performance reports, including impressions and clicks. They are separate from Google Analytics. Naming Bing Webmaster Tools does not mean that Microsoft advertising or Clarity tracking is enabled.

Some pages request fonts and styles from Google Fonts and Cloudflare’s cdnjs service. Your browser connects to those providers to obtain these resources, which exposes technical connection information to them.

Links to telehealth providers

Provider links take you to third-party websites. We do not collect treatment applications or send treatment leads to those providers. Visiting an external link involves a direct request from your browser to the destination; the provider’s own privacy notice and terms govern what you submit there.

We currently earn no commission from these links. Any future change to that arrangement will be reflected in our advertising disclosure and the affected links.

Who may process information

Hosting, security, analytics, font/style and email service providers process information involved in their services. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or when necessary to address misuse or protect rights and security. Services can involve processing outside your country, including in Israel and other countries where the service providers operate.

If the business is involved in a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets, relevant information may transfer with it. We will notify affected users before their information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy and comply with applicable notice and consent requirements.

We do not run personalized advertising, sell treatment leads or send visitor profiles to providers for advertising. Google Analytics advertising features are disabled. The optional Analytics and necessary service-provider processing described above remain subject to your choices and the providers’ own policies.

Security

We use measures such as HTTPS and restricted administrative access to help protect information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive health information by email. If you believe information sent to us has been compromised, contact the mailbox below.

Retention and choices

We use the Cloudways/Rackspace mailbox for contact and privacy requests. Nir Levi manually reviews resolved correspondence and deletes it 12 months after resolution unless a specific legal obligation, dispute or security matter requires a documented hold. Rackspace does not automatically enforce this 12-month rule. Cloudways reports that Trash and Spam are cleared after 30 days, and messages removed from Trash can remain recoverable for 14 more days.

GA4 user/event data retention is two months, with activity reset and advertising features off. This is separate from cookie expiry and does not remove standard aggregated reports. Your Analytics choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Analytics cookies expire after 60 days without extending that expiry on activity.

Withdrawal stops subsequent Analytics collection in this browser and clears its Analytics cookies, but does not erase data already received by Google. Contact Legal@Treatmentswise.com for privacy requests. Hosting/security logs and service backups follow the providers’ operational retention; they are separate from our correspondence rule. Deleting a message is not a promise of immediate deletion from every service backup.

Privacy requests

Send privacy questions or requests to Legal@Treatmentswise.com; Nir Levi coordinates the response. Depending on the law that applies to you and our processing, your rights may include access to and a copy of your information, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may also have a right to appeal a decision or complain to your relevant privacy regulator. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.

We may request proportionate information to locate your records and verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We use verification information for that request. We respond within the periods required by applicable law and explain any lawful extension or refusal. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. There is no account to sign into, and you can read the site and use its tools without accepting optional Analytics.

Audience and children

Our intended audience is US adults aged 35 and over. We do not direct the site to children or invite them to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact Legal@Treatmentswise.com so we can review and address it.

Updates and contact

We show the effective date above and will provide a prominent notice on this website at least seven days before material privacy-policy changes take effect, together with any additional notice or consent required by applicable law. We will not use a policy revision to retroactively expand the use of information already collected without the notice or consent required for that change.
